Uncontrolled floorstock is usually expensed, and would be financially accounted for in the overhead rate, and not as to each PPC order. Uncontrolled floorstock would be part of the BOM to be applied to history and usage factors, but is usually dropped when the PPC order is sent to history because if it in overhead expense, to show it as a $ value consumed on the order per item would not be GAAP.
