The history subtask controls which users are authorized to view
maintenance history for the business object.  Maintenance history is an
optional feature that can be activated by object using the Maintenance
Class icon on the System tab.  When activated, the system will record
the before and after field values for objects changed during client
maintenance.

Is the History subtask like an inquiry?   Almost all Task id in EPDM has

the History as a subset.

     E_FAC      DELETE          SEC       EPDM         Y 
     Delete Facilities 
     E_FAC      HISTORY         SEC       EPDM         Y 
     Display Facility History
