Hello, We've been using the MC2 software for about two years and it works really well! Technical support is very good, they take you seriously and if they can't recreate the problem they do a webex to see what's happening. Turnaround time is great. We had two issues, and it was taken care of very quickly! I have to add that this software became immensely popular when we were acquired, it gave us the visibility, traceability, and organization needed when new practices and requirements were put in place. The initial scramble turned into progress, and we're quickly on the way to being compliant with corp requirements. Historically we've had very casual terms with our customers since 90% of them were long-term customers (10+ years) but we can no longer operate in that fashion. Implementation and updates are extremely easy. You start working right away and the response time and reliability are great since it uses Datagate technology instead of SLO-DBC (ODBC)! You can contact me direct if you have any other questions, or need further detail.
