AWESOME!

OK. This is where I am at:

1) EPDM
2) BOM Object
3) For now, I have a GENERAL view and (ALL RECORDS) subset

What I want to happen is that I double click on that specific parent item
and the resulting window will have its indented bill of material; however,
I want to be able to do this in with any type of PUBLIC or PRIVATE view or
subset.

Peter,

I think the answer is yes. You can override the default action for open
(double-click), as well as, alt-open and ctl-open, when displaying a
list of objects. This can be set in a number of ways, User Preference,
Workspace definition, and list card definition. If you tell me what
object and type of dialog you are on, and what you want to happen, I can
give you a specific answer.

Let me know if you need more info.
