SUSPENDED ITEM means that NEW orders cannot be released for this item in a 
specific warehouse, but you can still process existing orders and do other 
types of transactions, like IS, IA, PH, etc.....   The only thing I can 
think of is to cancel any current open orders and delete the item from the 
Item Balance File.  However, if you have the MAPICS Browser, you can copy 
the item to another warehouse and keep the item's information saved in 
case you do not want to loose the critical data.   Then, you can 
delete/cancel orders and delete the item fro that warehouse.

Bottom line is that you need to remove this item from this warehouse 
anyway.  As long as the item exist in the Item Balance for that warehouse, 
transactions can be processed against it.
