Thanks Kirk! I changed the driver to be HP4000. Still no good results after ending and starting the writer. I am moving the message to the MAPICS List Forum because I am doing this in order to print a MAPICS IFM Report. *PRTF UAELPFRD comes from *PGM UAH3PFR, and prints remittance/checks. I tried to use the MAPICS Printer Overrides but there are two different locations in the same MAPICS environment. If I change the OVRPRTF definition, I will be changing it for both locations and I cannot do that. I also evaluated the option to use the "Company/Report" feature but I cannot do it neither because this specific report does not support company overrides. Besides thinking about custom modifications to this issue, are there any alternatives that I can follow? I would use a device description if at all possible. 2nd On current OS versions there is a *HP4000 emulation/driver that I would use instead of *HP4 3rd, I'd be curious to see the spoolfile attributes, mainly The Pagesize and CPI info from about 5 screens down if you do a 8 next to the spoolfile. and then 1 screen further down the values for the Font: Let's see what that shows... _____________________ Kirk Goins CCNA Systems Engineer, Manage Inc.
