All, These are good replies but no one has yet named the files nor stated what the data elements in the records mean. Closest so far are MZ* files. Looking at them file MZD6CPP is the only one that seems to contain any useful info. This file can be downloaded to a spreadsheet which can be sorted and filtered by auditors. We have also been successful with auditors using Browser to view information. If you have Integrator this is a pretty slick way to allow them access, download to excel, etc. -----Original Message----- From: mapics-l-bounces+lisa.thomas=hayssen.com@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mapics-l-bounces+lisa.thomas=hayssen.com@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Greg Wenzloff Sent: Thursday, June 08, 2006 11:30 AM To: mapics-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [MAPICS-L] Security file for user access Hi List, My SOX auditors are balking at having to review a green bar printout and would like to have a "copy of the actual file and its record layout details". Does anyone know what the file name(s) is/are? Anyone have a neat method of extracting info from that file?
