I assume you're talking about ADD OR CHANGE MENU OPTIONS AMZSC2 ??

>From CAS:

3. Maintenance/Change >>
7. Personal Menu Maintenance >>
2. Add or Change Menu Options

USER TO BE AUTHORIZED ------

ENTER APPLICATION NAME -----

You are asking what is meant by: KEY "Y" TO SELECT MENU OPTION ??

It will ADD the option to the person's personal menu.

CAUTION: There is NO error checking on the user name, CAS will blindly
add the record to the MNTXFILE file.

Subject
[MAPICS-L] Access in CAS security

What does access "Y" mean, with respect to CAS security? That a user has
the task in his menu? We're using personal menus.
