I thought about writing a simple CL to perform the SAVSAVFDTA but I always seem to over complicate things. Since I want to have a "user" eventually handle this, I liked the fact that XA already had a procedure in place to check the tape, give options to initialize, device naming, etc. So, instead, I am modifying the code to call another program just before the last savsavfdta or savobj command to perform the same save of the custom libraries.
Since this program is unlikely to be upgraded (unless OS version causes changes), I really should not have to worry about PTFs, etc.
