Yep.  Happens to us also.  We wrote an audit program that detects those and
have a clerk manually keying the SA's through I/M.

Has anyone using Offship ever have a problem where the SA transactions are
not being done, yet Offship reports no errors?  We have had two instances
of this happening & it is no fun fixing.
