Pete,
I created an "Electronic Address" interface to Customer, Ship-to & Override,
Vendor and Sales Rep. Besides email address, it can store cell phone,
additional fax numbers, etc. Unlimited "addresses" per Customer, etc. I
have used it to interface with the Presence Alert System that is typically
shown at the Conference and also use it to send emails from the
400/i-series.

It currently interfaces with user exits for all except Sales Rep (trigger
since no exit exists in R6).

I tried using the Infor suggestion of setting up another Address type but
did not like it. Then later on, XA came up with something for Vendors but I
had already created my interface which is the same for no matter what type
of database (Customer, Vendor, etc.). I would rather have one main file of
addresses than something different for each.

Eric

Good Afternoon List,
Has anyone associated an email address to a customer shipto?
Did you use a mapics file? If so which one. Or did you create a tag along
file?
  Thanks
  Pete
