Can someone explain what the field ACAA0Q in file OSACCPP is supposed to 
be populated with?  It says "Kit Release sequence", but the field ACAASZ 
is also called "Kit Release Sequence".  The ACAASZ matches the MBADREP 
field, so that one makes sense.
