You should be able to. You will get kickouts from the OFFSHIP process, because you have already taken those particular orders to a "ready to invoice" status. But everything should work out OK. Once you get all your processes in place, I will be surprised if you continue using the shipping workbench for anything beyond inquiry-type stuff.
