Josué -----Original Message----- From: mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jeff Snyder Sent: Wednesday, February 01, 2006 2:03 PM To: mapics-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [MAPICS-L] CSM Hey Group Here at an account and we are proposing to use CSM for entry off all orders, as well as using ATP to check availability and promise order due dates. We want the orders enterred by our customer service reps as well to reflect latest allocations. The issue is speed... the ATP screen is taking us approximately 5-10 sec to 'pop up' per item. for a 30 - 50 line order this is too long. Was wondering if anybody else out there had this issue, or has an idea of what can be done to increase the speed. We are running an Iseries 270.
