Humm,  Sounds like you could use an Overlay File to plop just about 
anything on it.  I have been kicking around doing this with "Standard 
Terms and Conditions" for Sales Order Acknowledgements.

That way it would be darn near impossible to not have it print until some 
sort of MAPICS System Admin changed report print definitions.

Hi list,

Is it possible to add std comments to every purchase order created 
automatically?  We want to permanently eliminate our issue of not having a 

std message (that we must have) consistently on ALL our POs...
