... and I know that.  What I do not want to do is to allow this std 
message from being printed on the Purchase Order because the user "forgot" 
to include this on the PO as a comment. 

By the way, we do not want to specify this std message ID on the spaces 
available for std message ids when printing purchase orders.   This value 
can be overridden and even removed from this place and we do not want this 
to happen neither.

Even though we have the *PRTF, I do not want to hard-code it...
