MAPICS (COGNOS) EBI

Has anyone out there installed this?  I have been trying to make heads or 
tail of the Docs.  I finally found out that I didn't have all of the CD's 
to do this. I then got the other 7 missing CD's and now am stuck on 
getting a License key for DecisionStream.

Any hints on how the install process should go?  What goes on the Server, 
and what goes on the client, where I am to get the License key from for 
DecisionStream?
