IFM and FRx Release 6.7

We are an IFM user with FRx release 6.5.199 and would like to update FRx
to current release 6.7.  We would also like to test FRx 6.7 in a test
environment before upgrading our live 2003 server.  Do we have to have a
separate MS Sequel Server 2003 to load release 6.7 to do our test?  If
you have already upgraded to 6.7 what type of problems did you have if
any.
