Consider yourself lucky. We have been using Mapics for over 10 years and I have yet to get the license keys the first time. They continue to either mail them to my old address or not at all. In fact I just reordered the keys thru the website after having paid our license fee a over a month ago. I have been wrestling with this for over 4 years trying to get them to change the address they mail my keys to. So don't feel it is only Infor, it is Mapics too.
