Try using the export function in Ops Nav instead of dragging. Right
click on the spool file and the select export and specify a file name
and path to to your PC.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] Zero Byte text file from IWP

I am using Jacana/IWP and have created a report. When I run this, it
creates a spool file that I can display in green screen. However, when
drag to my desktop from Operations Navigator, it creates a Zero Byte
text file! Does it think that it is a Double byte file or something??
Other reports that I have created are just fine...

Help!!! I was supposed to have this emailed to my Boss yesterday!!!

Thanks,
