Re: Extended Warranty

MAPICS' warranty handling is totally inadequate for us, so we had to write
our own external app that fit our business requirements.  Couldn't find a
outside app that covered everything either.

Has anyone out there had to deal with situations of extended warrantees?
We have some Customers that we give a 18 month Warranty to instead of the
standard 12 month that is on the item master.
Any way to override at the shipment time?  Sell them a part number that
triggers an extended warranty start date perhaps?
