RE: Infoprint 1352 Problem?

Several years ago we had problems printing our Formsprint overlays over
MAPICS spool files to a new printer (the old one printed fine) and had to
download the latest microcode for that model and update the printer itself.
(IBM Infoprint 21 to the best of my memory)  Then everything printed fine.
Of course we went through days (if not a month) of changing this setting,
then that setting on the outq description, print file,  etc. before we found
this solution.

We recently setup a new IBM infoprint 1352 IPDS capable printer.  Things
were working fine we were printing Mapics invoices using overlays etc..
to the printer with no problem.
We then started to print the Mapics Pick lists "AMBFDPFR" to the printer
they seem to print but sometimes the writer ends on the AS400 shortly
thereafter.
If you lock at the job log we are getting this error message....
Writer 692704/QSPLJOB/RP25 did not end normally.

Recovery  . . . :   See the job log of the writer that ended to
determine the
cause of the writer failure. Correct any errors and start the writer
again.

Has anyone ever had a similar problem?
