Eric,

You nailed it with the order comments.  Use the end of order user exit to
programmatically force the manually overriden phone number to a comment
line.

To all,
One of my customers does a great deal of "Drop Shipping" to their
customer's customers (Internet distributors).  When the order is entered,
they are currently putting the end customer's phone number in the address
lines since XA does not keep the override Contact/Phone/Fax numbers.  They
need the phone number/name in the event they need to contact the end user.
I have suggested using Order comments. Does anyone have a similar issue and
how have you solved it?
