If I am not mistaken, but you may be out of license compliance. If you are registered users, you are suppose to pay the fee for the number of users that you have registered in the system. Deleting users on a weekly basis might not be allowed under your SLA. This has been discussed before, I would search the archives. -----Original Message----- From: mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx on behalf of Nick_Radich@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tue 6/14/2005 1:19 PM To: MAPICS ERP System Discussion Cc: Subject: Releasing Users' License Hi, We are running MAPICS XA and whenever a User signs into it, the system puts an entry into the License Info for our MAPICS software. I go into WRKLICINF 3 times a week to release licenses that Users are not signed on to at that time. Is there any way I can write a utility that will do this, or is there anyother way of releasing the license when the User signs off? Thanx, Nick Nick Radich Sr. Programmer/Analyst EPC Molding, Inc.
