PCC Offline File Load

Hi All,
 
I need to copy a file right before the user enters the file info and 'Delete - 
Y' on the PCC Shop Activity Update Menu - Load and Edit from Offline Files. 
 
We need to have the user delete the file due to processing errors we've had, 
but we want to make a copy of the offline file before it gets processed and 
deleted.  
 
I don't want a separate menu option for them to run - I want the file copied 
when they take the option to Load the Offline file....
 
Has anyone done this or have any ideas what the best way to do this is?
