Good News Everybody!

A new search engine is coming soon.

As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Al, did you look to see if there are any system operator messages. Do you have
the joblog you can send. Are you looking at the spool file joblog in outq:
QEZJOBLOG?
Mapics is usually pretty good about logging it's error.. Even DB4.. Might have
to dig.
you could send it direct to me. I will take a look...

Hi Kevin Fox:

We have a night person who runs a partial backup every
evening, Monday thru Thursday, at about 8:00 pm; and
it ends around 11:00 pm.

I assume the system resents itself around 11:00 pm and
scheduled jobs begin to run again.

My job started running one minute after midnight and
for some unexplained reason, ended at Status 50 around
3:45 pm two nights in a row.

Any other suggestions? :-)

Regards,
Al Gershen
