Eric, What does your ticket status have on the support web site? Sometimes we open a ticket and they call and leave a voice mail. I don't think they call back until you update the ticket again. They have changed the support page to have different statuses for each call, like "Waiting on customer", "Researching" etc. We review the tickets via the web on a routine basis so we know if tickets are being worked or growing stagnant. We always have good response time from the hotline. Don't always get the answer we want, but they do call.
