Jim,
        You might want to pull in the source code for the offline load 
programs.   They may work for you with a little modification.

Curious to know if anyone has written any programs for or done PO
creation for MAPICS by populating the POITEM and POMAST files (or are
there others involved?). Specifically what files/fields are required and
is there a way to get and increment the next available PO number.
