It's me again - I just went to MAPICS security to revoke my authority to use that menu option <because I wanted to see if that prevented me from running the command from the command line> and found that I was NOT authorized. But I can run the menu option and the command on the command line. It shouldn't work that way. Something is not right. Guess I hadn't visited that menu. So I can secure that option using MAPICS security. What prevents anyone from typing it on the command line? This one can be found on AM6M90, option #3. For security, keep the commands out of the users' hands and force them to use the menu options. This is a lot safer.
