Greg,
820 into AR just prints a report for you to load. AR never had an offline
system, so EC has no place to put it.
As for the Report Writer, it does work, but there maybe PTFs that you need. I
would call it into the MAPICS support which should forward to CSC so that we
can see what the issue is.

Sometimes my fingers type anything they want to. I meant to type the
"AR"
app not the "AP" app.
Sorry,
Greg

Subject: MAPICS - EDI into AP module
Hello list,
I set up a trading partner to receive their 820 Remittance Advice. We
are
XA-R4. The EC manual says the EDI load into AP was planned for
Release 4.
I can't find anything about EDI in my AP app or in its user manual. Am
I
loosing it today or did EDI in the AP app miss release 4?
Also this is the first time I have used the Report Writer in the EC
App. It
does not seem to work. I'm sure its me but after wasting a day trying
to
figure out what's wrong --- I thought I would ask.
Thanks,
Greg
