Hi all,

Whenever you find a need to extract information from Mapics or download to a
spreadsheet, think IWP - Info WorkPlace.  IWP is a high function reporting
and data retrieval tool.  Using a GUI design tool (ie Windows), you can
easily setup up data extracts to generate letters to past due customers or
create a spreadsheet with your year end aged receivables.

Willie and Jeanne - you both posted questions on extracting data from Mapics
Receivables and not only are both easily done, but the generated spreadsheet
or exported file can be opened directly from shared folders without Client
Access download or importing to Excel.  Plus IWP has a powerful calculations
and selections so you can determine your own aging (if you wish) and decide
which customers you are really interested in including in a report or
download file.
