I did this a number of years ago.   I used the ODBC connection for UPS and
FedX to pull in information I created with a joined logical file.  I used
Pack Number for the key to pull in address info   I pushed back some
information as well and wrote a simple program that wrote records to the
special charge file MBC7REP with tracking info and shipping charges.
Basically that is all I did, but I also wrote routines that updated some of
the files that would say the order was ready to invoice.  If you need more
information, I will can dig up the programs.
