After the merge you will want to re-release the items to PDM so the ITMREL 
file contains the correct released site.

Cursious to know if anyone out there has merged two sites together? We
have created programs to handle the item balance and revision file
merging just wondering what else (other then changing sites on
warehouses in IM) may need to be done.
