This screen shows you who entered the transaction and who last changed it. You may be getting this error if either of those users are not set up in the IFM user security which is located off the IFM Main Menu, 10. IFM System Management, 4. Work With Users." Thanks Lenore. I also found out that the field had what looks like a "nature" (640006) instead an user id. That was weird. On the other three batches, the user id field was empty. Very strange... I just entered the user id of the lady that was trying to post the transactions and they posted OK. I do not know what messed up the batches like this but I will keep watching these to have a more concrete piece of evidence. Thanks again...
