To the list: I am trying to allow my users to use the Session Override in Printer Override Maintenance. I have unlocked it in General Maintenance/Change tasks but still no luck. MAPICS suggested that I authorize the user for CAS Printer Override Maintenance but that gives them authority to all printer overrides (but not the session override). Has anyone tried this option and used it? Is there an area that needs to be unlocked that is not inherently obvious? The reason that we need to use this is because we have users that sometime work in totally different areas of the building (in different depts) and instead of creating a new user profile, with group jobs, printer overrides, COM defaults, etc., it would be easier to just get this function to work. Thanks... Eric A. Wolf
