Outside of Mapics Contract Pricing Add On

Hi Everyone:
 
With the large swings in oil prices our organization is having to maintain many 
customer contracts on a daily, weekly basis.
 
Does anyone know of a front end add on module to Mapics that helps manage and 
maintain the constent changes to Mapics contracts. I am at Mapics Release 6 PCM 
5788 green screen.
 
Any ideas on how some home made written contract maintenance system were 
developed would be appreciated.
