Shipments created by the Offline shipping enhancement should go through the 
appropriate shipment user exits.   
I have not tried each one, but I know that MAPICS has updated SH14019 for a 
number of them.     
I did a quick search on the MAPICS support site and one references UMBSHP6R and 
states that you should have a copy of SH14019 that is dated after April 26, 
2001.
I also did a quick search on the source and came up with following user exits 
being called:
UMBSHPNR
UMBSHPHR
UMBSHPMR
UMBSHPKR
UMBSHPER
UMBSHPJR
UMBSHP8R
UMBSHP6R
