More basic question (was: Loading tax tables in MAPICS DB)

Due to the underwhelming response to the first post, let me back up a little
to ask:

Is *ANYONE* using the MAPICS tax table (VATTBL)?

Those that are, how do you maintain it?  How do you learn when tax rates
change or are added (or deleted; yeah, right!)?
