RE: List Ri transactions not yet received into inventory

Don't you want to look for RI's without PQ's?  The PQ is generated when the 
inventory is approved.  At that time, the inventory is moved into stock and the 
PO's In Stock quantity is updated.

If so, you could use a query over two versions of IMHIST (the physical and a 
logical, for example).  Match on Order Number, Item, and warehouse.  Select 
RI's from the primary file; select PQ's from the secondar.  Do a match type 3 
(where a match isn't found in the secondary file).  This will give you RI's 
without a matching PQ.
