R7 Java Pgms

Is anyone else running the R7 Java programs for Link-Manager and
Net-Link and having issues with the UJOB and MPX* servers taking a
really long time to startup? 

In testing out the R7 jobs on our system (model 270 with the jobs in a
pool with nearly 5GB of ram) the MPX* jobs are taking about an hour
before they are in JVAW state, and the java ujob PSVJUP takes about 30
minutes before it is active.
