Error Msg:-"E AM-0930 THIS JOB NOT ALLOWED TO RUN AT THIS TIME"

Hello,

When I initiate certain Job I get the following error
"E AM-0930 THIS JOB NOT ALLOWED TO RUN AT THIS TIME"

On viewing the job log I found that:-

E AM-0930 THIS JOB NOT ALLOWED TO RUN AT THIS TIME
Ownership of object ACTJOBLST in QTEMP type *USRSPC changed.
Object ACTJOBLST in QTEMP type *USRSPC deleted.
  AM-0228 JOB IS CANCELED
S AX-9999 APPLICATION FUNCTION CHECK
S AX-9999 APPLICATION FUNCTION CHECK
Object UJBHLDBR in library QTEMP not found.
(I) Ending MAPICS ...
Cannot allocate object CHECKV2R6I.
The product is not started
Function check. LOR1110 unmonitored by AMZMM at statement *N, instruction
  X'01BA'.
Cannot resolve to object UMZMAP9R. Type and Subtype X'0201' Authority
  X'0000'.



What does this all suggest how to correct it. I tried a lot but could not
found the reason behind it. Pls help me out.
