Look at the "User Defaults" located in the file maintenance.

Subject: A Fairly New User Question

Good Afternoon,
My name is Bob Anderson and I have a newbie question on screen
accesses.

I have 2 users in COM When 1 picks option 5 Process Items Ready for
Packing/Shipping it takes them to screen AMBJCPVR Select Items to Pack/Ship.
When the other user selects the same option 5 they get sent to screen
AMBNODFR Process Items.

Is this a security problem and if so how do I change it for them. If
not
does anyone have any clues.

I have never had any formal training on MAPICS just what I read in the docs.

Thanks in advance
Bob Anderson
