Sorry for being ignorant but what is IWP? Shawn Thobe Supervisor - Information Systems Fort Recovery Industries Inc. 419-375-4121 -----Original Message----- From: Administrator@xxxxxxxxx [mailto:Administrator@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, July 20, 2004 2:01 PM To: MAPICS ERP System Discussion Cc: mapics-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx; mapics-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: Vendor Performance Rating System I have created an IWP report that looks at the Vendor information by open or closed order date and checks for whether the Line items were received Early, Late or On Time. If the line item is received more that seven days early, it counts against them, if the line item was received more than 7 days late it counts against them. Anything in between is rated as on time. I'm not sure that this is what you are looking for, but it works for us. Lloyd H. Degnon I.S. I realize that MAPICS has this capability but in our case it's not going work properly as it is out of the box. We use a lot of blanket POs with releases. These POs last for 1 year. The current vendor rating system in MAPICS requires that POs be closed, something we can't do because the releases are closed throughout the year. Any feedback on how you are handling this or how you have heard of others handling this would be great. Thanks.
