Good afternoon - if you have an RPG LE compiler, there should be code in 
the MAPICS archives for an ILE program to delete the abended jobs - it has 
a service program, but you could write the procedure into the 'main' 
program to avoid the ILE environment complexities - I tested & it seems 
good, you just have to be careful that AMFLIB is in the library list when 
you call the application, or it will delete all the job entries except the 
unattached jobs - I could fax you the source I have if you are interested
