"Can you load more than one Special Charge record through OFFSHIP at the same time? How are they linked to the same shipment?" Eric, I'm sorry - I must have missed the initial posting. We post multiple special charge records through OFFSHIP regularly. What we do is generate a special charge freight billing line for UPS or FedEx Ground, then we also add a special charge "comment" line (no cost, no charge) that has the actual tracking number on it. That way we have a "paper trail" logged on the invoice for use in any tracking or delivery disputes (actually, the dealer has it on paper, which can be valuable). I could e-mail you the source code for the program(s) if you want, or it would probably be easier to use support.mapics.com and ask them at the response line.
