If the file is not journaled, (ITEMBL) you need COMMIT *NONE on the parm for
the RUNSQLSTM.  If using an SQLRPGLE you need to compile with COMMIT *NONE.

If you display the error message detail, it will tell you a reason code.

Apparently there are like 15 different reasons why this error may have
popped up.

Check and see if this reason code is presented...
