Griz: You are correct that it is assigning the user-profile of who ran the offline process. Could you write a program that goes in after the shipments are created & change the fields to be what you want? I'm trying to populate the Created By User fields in the offline files OSAAREP and OSABCPP. These fields are as follows: MXAFVN in OSAAREP MYAFVN in OSABCPP If the shipment is a FedEx shipment these values will be 'FEDEX'. The problem I'm having is when the shipments get created the created by user fields in MBDHREP and MBDDREP are equal to the user profile of whoever runs the offline shipping process. I'm trying to figure out why this is happening. I assume it's happening during the creation of the shipments when the program ABAWXFR is called. I think that program uses the system user profile instead of what is in OSAAREP and OSABCPP. Either that or the value FEDEX isn't a valid user profile and the system user profile is being used instead. Any thoughts or suggestions?
