Al, funny you should ask.. I just had a record lock on a job as I was reading your email. A lot of times the joblog will tell you who has the record. If it does not. could try CMD : DSPRCDLCK AMFLIBx/ITEMASA (whatever file and whatever your library designator is). If neither of these.. could try wrkobjlck AMFLIBx/ITEMASA and have everyone get off.
