some other things to try.....

Run a MAPICS re-org

Run an OS400 Re-org

Purge QSYS's QRPLOBJ

Do you have obsolete MAPICS source? We had R4, R5, R6 on-line when we
only needed R6
(Don't be fooled, it takes up significant space!)

Perform a system clean-up

Check outques for old spool files that clean-up doesn't clear

Create a listing of the LIBS in QSYS, look for obvious libraries that are
obsolete. BE CAREFUL, perhaps a backup is in order first!?!?!
We accumulated numerous extra libs from W2 programs, PERMS, programmer's
mini test libs, etc.

Regarding MAPICS archiving, make sure you understand the options,
sometimes archive means bye-bye!
I believe there is an obscure AP archive that you can do, perhaps the
details are on MAPICS website.
Don't forget MO archiving, but depending upon your co's practices, that
can be involved.

Go to Fry's and get another hard drive! ;)

Subject
Creating Test Environment

I would like to create a test environment for MAPICS but unfortunately
we currently are running low on space. I was looking for some
assistance on cleaning up some files and gaining space. I'm currently
looking at PO History and IM History. Any suggestions. Thanks,
