Mapics and maquiladora software

Does anyone know of a system that interfaces with Mapics that handles the
import/export requirements needed by a maquiladora such as pedimentos?  
We currently have a stand alone system call Delta they and we would need to
write a flat file interface to send over item, BOM, and transaction info.
We are looking into another system called GR Soluciones.  It uses a SQL
database and offers a connection the the AS/400 but no one there seems to
have any experience with Mapics.
I also have a copy of a proposal from early 2001 but I can't seem to find
out any info on it the system was called Aranxel.
